# Engage and compensate contributors

If you already want to broadcast an opportunity and receive proposals to contribute:

1. Share your ENS and broadcast an opportunity to collaborate with you on Twitter and in Discord. Need an inspiration? Check our some [Opportunities Broadcast Templates](https://www.notion.so/0xstation/Opportunity-Broadcast-Template-ea701147f6984bd8ba3e795014bebc32).
2. Find the proposals sent to you in your workspace inbox by connecting your wallet on [Station](https://app.station.express/proposal/new) and find the community that you're a multi-sig admin of on the left navigation bar.
3. Approve proposals that move the needle and start collaborating with contributors.
4. If the fund is requested, go to proposal detail page to pay according to the agreed-upon term via Gnosis Safe.

If you already know who you'll be paying, here's how you can use Proposer to create an agreement to legitimize your collaboration:

1. Create a proposal on [proposal.new](https://station-labs.gitbook.io/station-product-manual/use-cases/for-communities/www.proposal.new). Ask the contributor for their wallet address. Paste the address of the contributor in "Who will be delivering the work" field.
2. Outline the expected scope of work.
 * Need an inspiration? [Browse and grab templates](https://station-landing-page-0cbd71.webflow.io/product/proposer#proposal-templates) created and curated by us for you.
3. Define the payment terms, amount, and token. Once all the parties have signed, you'll be able to use this proposal as a reference to hold the contributor accountable for the term they agreed upon.
4. Copy the link and share the proposal for them to approve and execute the payment according to the agreed-upon term.
